Norman Jeffrey Healey, alias Jeff Healey, era nato a Toronto (Canada) il 25 marzo 1966 ed è stato un chitarrista e cantante che nonostante la cecità, ha riportato il blues alla notorietà con una tecnica unica, dovuta al suo modo di suonare lo strumento.
Jeff Healey scomparve prematuramente, all' età di 41 anni, il 2 marzo del 2008, a seguito della malattia che lo aveva portato alla cecità.
